She looked forward to every session and learned so much from her! As a former Division I athlete, current high school soccer coach in my 5th season, and professional sports broadcaster, this is a company I can back! I love the idea that former players and coaches can join AU to be coaches in their area to grow their sport and pass along their knowledge. Individual, private training is so crucial for the development of youth soccer players. If a growing athlete can work with an coach one-on-one to develop skills that are niche to the player, their game will level up.

The trainer was always positive and supportive, and really knew how to get the most out of my son on the court. In the time they worked together, my son improved his shot, increased his confidence, and became a starting point guard. Highly recommend!
